G.marinelli | Sunday, December 29, 2024 - 10:41 pm Can we please allow companies for mining operation be moved around as some countries do not have the employees and its better to move the corporations than close them? |
hymy1 | Sunday, December 29, 2024 - 10:54 pm That they cannot be, is a newer thing. Based on my experience Id not expect the GM to backtrack on this. |
G.marinelli | Monday, December 30, 2024 - 05:06 am Yea which I dont know why since other countries are unfriendly and are not providing enough employees . |
hymy1 | Monday, December 30, 2024 - 07:25 pm I would guess, they introduced this when they introduced limited natural resources. Last time I was here, you could move them and also change their output. But I'd guess, they just wanted the practical fact that you cannot move a hole in the ground, or transmute the ore it holds. |
Andy | Thursday, January 2, 2025 - 02:52 pm Natural resources corporations use resources in the ground at a specific location. In the real world, you cannot move a gold mine from South Africa to the UK. and you cannot move the Oil wells in the Arab world to other countries. other corporations can move. This not new and never changed. It was created in this way. |
G.marinelli | Sunday, January 26, 2025 - 03:09 am Yea but you could move the equipment to a different site and the cost we invest in it is large . If this occurs than can you remove the cap on how many mining companies we can have cause its annoying that we have a cap on mining companies. I dont understand the need to cap |
Andy | Saturday, February 1, 2025 - 01:56 pm There are no mines with unlimited resources in the ground. most oil wells in the southern US are all empty now. the reserves in the ground are always limited. in Simcountry however, you know exactly how much is left in the ground. These corporations run for many real months and they are extremely profitable. Bu the time they close, their owners have made at list many hundreds of Billions. It is important, also in Simcountry, that at some point they have to close and require you to find a new resource. |
Oxydoor | Tuesday, February 4, 2025 - 09:27 pm Geologists also say that the Earth is able to regenerate resources, but we exploit way more than the Earth is able to regenerate |
