Infantry units

Use this for more poorer nations to fight c3 units and add this to the mix where poorer countries can field more infantry. This would give more a real military feel in war. Also allow disasters to have looting and the need for this type of unit

Infantry units were suggested before and remain a possibility.
the problem is that we have many weapons and ammo now and there were more requests to unify weapons and reduce numbers.

Infantry will require new weapons, bullets, lots of actions during fighting with very little damage.
It will cause many casualties and damage the population of countries, mainly ones with small population. That damage takes very long to repair.
it will also add complexity.

The cost of land forces declined a lot in recent months and their attack power increased. Loss of manpower is limited.

We think that land forces are a better alternative.
