Create a war history archive

Create a war history archive which includes all war events both offensive and defensive detailing damages and units use to attack and defend and it does not delete or expire but a permanent record. Right now the current ones we have like news paper and war console records don't show the full war and they don't allow to go back enough to find it. Makes it hard to learn war mechanics if we don't have the information we need to improve strategies.
