Awesome idea. I would total have a terrorist nation. But Gymnast i think that there should be like special Federations for terriost but with a max of 5 people or some thing.

Well you need to be able to employ guerilla tactics first, terrorists are considered underdogs by conventional force.

Terrorists, spies, pirates (actually privateers unless owned by an enterprise), saboteurs, and mafias should all be introduced into the game.

Special forces and seals units could be converted to terrorists and pirates fairly easily.

Police, coast guards, militias, and counter intelligence agencies could be come the defensive counter measures.

you should not be able to train terrorists unless you have been invaded before and have lost cause quite simply all any terrorists int he real world are doing is retailiating against those who have invaded then (and if you do reserch it goes all the way back tot he crusades) thus i think the ONLY time you are allowed to train the terors of the modern worlds peacful civis, is if you have been invaded and lost and then they can only be sent against that country or there allies/federation/tradign parteners that you know of, these terrorists should also need to take at MINIMUM of 1 year to infiltrate and tehy should be more powerful the longer they are in the country (mabye be able to get there hands on a cruse missile or a tox weapon if theya re in there for a RL month) but aside from that and the stated AT defences "Police, coast guards, militias, and counter intelligence agencies could be come the defensive counter measures. Then the terrorist that has infiltrated the country could secelt his Target (say a corporation or a city) and cause some varying level of destruction. they could even destroy a city or town if enough were sent in and got there hands on a WMD

Well they would certainly make a good nuisance on this game to other players which would make this game much more fun and interesting.

There is so much potential this game could have, and is why i've decided to stay on this game, but only as a free member now until things improve.
