Space Programs, w/Race-type options (Golden Rainbow)

Just kicking this about last night when I was micromanaging again . . .

A Space Program would really open up the game world, once there is enough Membership growth to support this function.

The Program would be either attatched to the military, a specialized Corporation complex, or even citizen privitization, as we have in the real Earth world.

The newer "countries" just might be on newly discovered planets!!

Fill in my blanks gang, it's only a pencil sketch so far . . .

Might open the possibility of trade or warfare between worlds as well, but I doubt the W3C would put that effort into making such a feature.

well all the security councils would have to get all the money from all the worlds then put it together to build the space programs and we would have to sell are countrys
