Would it be possible to keep the ships in the ocean? It would really make sea warfare, land bombardment and Coastal countries more significant tactical component of the came.

Would it be possible to consider weapons ranges when resolving counter attacks? It is a real disappointment to lose units to weapons that cannot even reach you.

Would it be possible to have the nuclear submarines become 'Command' ships so they no longer need to be part of a surface fleet? Afterall submarines are covert weapons.

Would it be possible to include attack submarines that would be used to patrol shipping lanes to impede supply vessles w/o destroyer escorts? Of course it would also require the addition of escort functionality and convoys.

How about the addition of Paratroopers? The guys that drop in and capture airports and the like.

And finally how bout amphibious assault?

LOL. Can u imagine the coding of this game? SC has come a looooong way. It used to be you bought 500k heavy jeeps and raped your way across a continent. The Sim is slowly getting better and better but is definitely a work in progress. Give it time.

I think Rapid Deployment Units will be like Paratroops... and more these are coming soon supposedly!

Yes, paratrooper's are included in the real world definition of Rapid deployment Units.
