Odd foreign unit problem (Little Upsilon)

Evil League Haven 2 in LU has an interesting problem. I took this country over recently, the previous owner allowed units from his home country. Even after winning the war, the other countries units are their. They no longer have military access, but it seems once they have landed, they are their until withdrawn. Same thing happened to another neighbor country.

Odd problem indeed. Perhaps, each country should have the option of expelling all foreign military units. If possible they should be able to expel units by country.
