Defensive force deployment (Golden Rainbow)

It say's I have active 1400 light tanks, 1100 light artillery ect. But when I try to deploy a ground defensive force it tells me I only have 340 light tanks, 200 light artillery ect.
No problem with the offensive deployment or the helicopters and interceptors.
I have no garrisons deployed and no forces deployed.
Can anyone tell me why this might be happening?

What does that mean? Need more than u have?

It means the game thinks he has less then he really does have.

I get it.......
For a garrison it does'nt say light tank's like I said in my first post, it just say's tank's. I assumed it meant light tank's with a garrison being a defensive position. But it's not is it

No. Thats not it either.
When you dismantle a unit, does it take a certain amount of time before you can use the equipment again? Is that why it tell's you all training will be lost? Does this mean you have to wait until the unit's retrained again before it can be redeployed?

I often dismantle units in the middle of a war. Especially aircraft. I start with all fighters and drones until I kill the enemy aircraft. Then I disband the unit and add in bombers and helicopters.

You supply units have troops assigned to them. Also there are often garrisons in cities and corporations.

Psheep. Yea, thinking about I have also dimantled in the middle of a war and then redeployed without any problems. There are no garrisons anywhere or other unit's. I have alot of countries and only some of them have this problem, hence why I thought about the training time.
Dam this is doing my head in.

War >> Defensive Forces >> Plan Defense

Press "Recall All Troops".

That should probably solve it.
