Cannot Purchase Country (White Giant)

There is a free country that is available for purchase "The United States of Picara" on WG, Virginia Bella, Ashville West. I have been waiting for it to become available and it has just now become free to purchase. When trying to purchase it, I get the following warning message "Sorry, the name you entered does not fit in this game. The name is already in use or it contains text that might be offensive to some." What's the problem? I did not name it, nor can I control whether it is in use, nor is it a name that might be offensive, because it's a system name. I have
the 100 gold coins, and have tried repeatedly at this time to purchase it. Does anybody know what I can do?? Thanks.

ummm...conquer it instead?

The military hardware needed to conquer a C3 costs a hell of a lot less than the 100 GC needed to purchase it outright.

That's a great idea to conquer it. However, my country has a policy that new lands are to be purchased. There are many examples of this policy in real life .....the Alaskan territory purchase comes to mind. So instead of conquering like the USA did in the Western United States, it's more like buying Manhattan from the Indians. I am hoping the gamemaster/admins will fix the bug.

I am getting the same exact message on mine. But the thing Is It takes long to conqur it and right now i need to do it fast... I have a large empire but its devides down the middle by 2 coutrys with no president and 1 recent country with a presedent. There for my army can not take it over in time.... Write back in my inbox not here I never check here
