Country corps sells, enterprise corps dont, same settings (White Giant)

Hello,

there is something strange with my country corporations, they can't sell their products.

Country corps and my enterprise corps use exactly the same sell strategy setting, some are selling the same products, but enterprise corps sells and country corps don't.

Why is that ?
