Unit creation problem (Little Upsilon)

I am trying to set up new supply units in my country outpost 1 of LU. When I try creating it it says I only have 98 jeeps when in fact I have 3000+ It also shows I am down on other weapons types when I have more. Any ideas?

activate/de-activate ?

Yes, this is caused either by having not enough Jeeps activated (on reserve), or also you could have them confused with a different type of jeep that you actually have enough of. Make sure the correct type of Jeep is in stock. Defensive weapons are not the same as Offensive and cannot be swapped.
