When you buy population from the Gamemaster for 5 gc's does it randomly choose the ages and qualifications that are delivered to you or does it rely on other factors?

We really need some clarification as to how the population is broken down in these purchases. Also does this apply to population that is purchased from other players? If not, how so?

Also, How can we get rid of worthless old people in our countries? Some of us are sitting on huge Retirement Bubbles that have large quantities of old folk that are sapping our resources and adding to unemployment figures.

Never mind, a couple of us spread-sheeted the pop transfers. We got our answer. Though we do not like the results of our findings. There is no way to get rid of retirees through pop transfers.
