Where are my jeep? (Fearless Blue)

I have 470 active jeeps. When I go to create a new supply unit it says I have 37? whats going on?

this is a common problem in my countries, In one I have 6000 Jeeps listed as active but only 125 available when I try and create units????? What is going on?

In one country I have 1582 jeeps in stock but -689 available to use.....

I see similar things happening too, I have no idea why there is a descrepancy, there doesn't seem to be a problem with some other defensive units, like helis (I didn't check every single def unit). Anyone know what's going on?

Why are my jeeps unavailable?

This is really making it difficult to set up supply unit. I have thousands of jeeps that I am unable to use.

War >> Defensive Forces >> Plan Defense

Press "Recall All Troops".

That should probably solve it.
