Income Tax Collected (Little Upsilon)

In both my countries, I suddenly had a huge drop in income taxes. In my main, I made 160bil in income taxes a month, suddenly it dropped to 55 and I get a 15bil beginner's income boost. Will the missing tax money be applied next month?
