Super Boosters Paid for But Not Delivered (Kebir Blue)

Hi -

I just bought 5 effectivity/production Super Boosters for my country (Nostero) and for my enterprise (Hifeng Holdings). The enterprise was credited with the boosters immediately but I have not yet received them for my country, where Available Super Boosters = 0.
