To illustrate what I mean, I'm going to paste the whole list of government worker salaries:

Low Level Worker 9,797 SC$
Medium Level Worker 11,947 SC$
High Level Worker 14,814 SC$
Low Level Manager 19,115 SC$
Medium Level Manager 24,133 SC$
High Level Manager 29,270 SC$
Executive 5,854 SC$
High Tech Engineer 24,133 SC$
High Tech Senior 34,049 SC$
High Tech Executive 68,098 SC$
Teacher 19,115 SC$
University Teacher 24,133 SC$
Nurse 11,947 SC$
Doctor 24,133 SC$
Senior Doctor 29,868 SC$
Soldier 10,513 SC$

Executive, is being paid LESS than a low level worker! I believe it is off by a factor of 10.

I totally agree.

Anyways, this is clearly a bug.

Please fix. Some of my countries are accumulating excess execs that I'd like to get rid of in workers exchanges, but I don't want to give them away for practically free.

Not very much, actually.

And it will improve trades, and improve tax income.

for example, 600 execs, paid 10,000 month short, = $6M/month, not loads but near $75M year. (PER CORP).

Income tax < 100% therefore loss < saving.

As for trading? well you got me there...huh?

With high salaries you can use the trade function to transfer more workers. When executives had high salaries you could trade 50k executives for 50k high tech executives. You could also trade back 50k executives and also send 50 low level workers for the 50k high tech executives. If you repeat 4 times you would have moved 200k low level workers.

That is not an issue because it is a horribly tedious way to trade for population.

Instead capture 2 CCCs that have no CEO corps. Place one strategic or high-tech corp in each CCC. In the first CCC increase salaries in the other drop salaries. Also increase the effectivity. Then place a low tech corp, (road maintenance industrial equip. agg-corps etc. anything with 0 engineers is fine). Don't increase the effectivity in your low tech corporations. Set the salaries in the opposite so that a high salary agg corp is in the same country as the low salary strategic corp. Also remember that government employs a lot of low level workers so set government salaries to the same level as the agg corporation.

Set 2 trades with countries you are looting and take 190k each. Also set up 2 trades with countries you are growing and send 180-190k each.

That was a lot to read but if you set it up right you can move 750 workers to your growing countries using 8 trades in only a few minutes.
