Chat problem (Little Upsilon)

everyone knows people get kiked out of chat but the passed couple of times i have been booted out i had a pop up that stated this

I use Windows Vista
and i have never been able to even log in to the chat it keeps saying Authentication denied

well this is windows xp. dont know if it matters
