I had a country once before, where I had corps gone into the public corps. My problem is,why did the gamemaster took over my public corps.I am pretty much active in the game and I had set the target to zero share holding, that is why I started a new one last month ago.I can't answer this question,Iwas doing well untill the gamemaster took over my old country.Doe's any one have this experience? If so,I suggest someone should put up a pole to vote for,to stop the gamemaster take over. Then you have to start another country after that. What do you think?

You answered your own question.

When all of the shares of a corporation are owned by investment funds, it becomes controlled by the gamemaster since there is no one operating it (investment funds can't run companies).

Solution: dont sell off all the shares.

Ah,is that what it is then?Thank's,illuminatus,it's best not to sell all of the share's then.Well keep it at 25% of the share's or bit less than that and that should prevent the take over.Thank's again.
