21 Days Protection. (Fearless Blue)

I'm currently trying to war with another president-run nation on FB. Trouble is, I keep encountering the following irritation:

Well, that's fair enough. However, the current date on FB is May 2638. This player started running the country in Jan 2630. That's 100 game months. That's 8 after the change in the rate of time, and the rest prior.

8 = 2 days
92 = 30 days, 16 hours.

So this player has been participating for Just over a month. He should be fair game.

W3, I think you may have a bug.

The start date on the country page doesn't change when you buy countries. The country was reset in Jan of 2630.

So the bug would lie with the incorrect Presidency start date, through either design or error.
