Order of 3 hospitals disappeared abnormally (Little Upsilon)

I placed an order of 3 hospitals but after several hours, the order just disappeared, there are no hospital built, and the workers reserved for the 3 hospitals are not released. I am wondering whether this is a bug or not. Please help. Thanks.

Please re-check if the hospitals were not delivered at a later time.
I have made sure though, that the reserved employees for the hospitals were released and re-entered your unemployed workers list

now they are released, thanks
