Units not moving (Fearless Blue)

I am currently fighting a C3 and my land units have mysteriously stopped moving. Unit logs do not indicate any reason why. Units are not flashing indicating they have got stuck...they are on strike!

Well 3 days, 3 battles and 3 times my units have stopped moving for some unknown reason. This lasts a few minutes then they jump to their destination.
