Can somebody explain why when I look at my CEO corporations in Helms (Enterprise: Circus Planners) under 'profit, cash, debt' it shows that the tax percentage is 60%, but when I go to the Helms corporation page it says the tax percentage is 0%.

When I built the corporations, it also said the percentage was 0%.

Incidentally, 'Profit Contributions by State Controlled Corporations' in Helms is 60%. Is there a bug here or am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure that this corporation is not actually being taxed, at least so far as I can tell by observing 'tax paid'--However, the performance of every corporation in this country is extremely subpar...so I'm still pretty suspicious.

I have noticed that corps in an enterprise will state a low tax rate then sometimes when you look at the individual corp it has a higher rate, much higher. I believe this happens because the owner of the country has the tax rate set to be low but the country is losing money so the game changes the tax setting to a higher level to try to make up for the shortages. I recall having countries that I believed were zero tax and later learned they were actually charging up to 60 percent in taxes. It's tricky man, keep your mind on your riches, keep your mind on your riches man.
