Capitals and names have been Changed and I can't change back (Fearless Blue)

I have 2 country's where capitals have been moved to an enemy border and all names have been changed. I also can't create defensive or offensive army units or even change my map back to the way things were. All emails to webmaster have not been answered.

I'd need more information before I can help you. how about a country name or 2?

He could rename them, because the target pop-up did not show up. Now it does.
