Supply contracts get messed up when I relocate a corporation. (Little Upsilon)

If I relocate one of my enterprise's corporations that has supply contracts signed, they get messed up. Like, I'll be buying one supply at 100% before relocating but after relocating it always drops to 15%. I'm not exactly sure why, but I suspect that it's because production and hiring in relocated corps starts really low and builds up over the course of a few months. I think this is probably a bug. Either that, or an irritating feature -_-
