Bug in changing president picture, flag .

Recently I have not been able to change the president picture or the flag in my new countries not can I change it in any of my countries. It seems the link is no longer working. It seemed to have started with the new country page implementation.

It works on the new country page format. Switch to the new, make your change and then switch back to the old page.

we will check and fix if it does not work.

the new page will become the standard in several weeks.
