Game level requirements needs fixing. (Little Upsilon)

I am level 2 and I have got a problem with general salary index.It says to have needed for level 3 general salary index is 70,but my base general salary index level is 100.The thing is,it has a red cross marked on it for saying it has not met the requirement of 70.So if you don't mind fix this bug,it would be good.Thank you.Game player.
