I got another country because i fucked up the education before.Since i got new country last night and logged on today,the doctors went from 7,465 to zero over night along with 67,425 on high tech engineers to zero over night again with out me touching the damn bastard things.Now i cant build hospitals. |

Education is explained and shifts from the professional groups to the worker groups are also explained.
If there are shortages of workers and many unemployed in the professional groups, people prefer to become a worker rather than unemployed and they move.
In addition, in most such cases, the reason for the decline is the number of existing hospitals and shortages that were created before.
the solution is to increase the priorities for doctors and such and make sure that all the hospitals are fully staffed.
Most players get this done correctly in their countries and we hardly ever get a complaint.
If you do not want or unable to do it, set automation on and although it may take some time, health index will increase to about 120. |
