Weapon / Ammunition Quality Upgrades (Little Upsilon)

I've tried to purchase Ammo and Weapons upgrades in some of my countries. Initially, like normal, they show up as a pending delivery. But after it disappears from that list there is still nothing added to my country's stock. And as far as I can tell they haven't been used in any upgrades.

Any insights?

They are sort of like the upgrades for corporations. They are automatically used, as I understand it. And if you haven't bought a LOT, it won't make much difference in the fighting quality of your units.Feel free to say otherwise, as I am not hard headed about this.
I think the GM should consider this misadventure a failure and put an end to it completely. I had three corporations of each type and for ( game ) months on end nobody bought any at all in either world that I play in.
Please GM, give us our money back by auto-closing all these corporations, and doing away with the programing for these items. And sell the supplies at market value, not immediate sale prices!

Agreed. It is seeming like this idea is a no-goer.
If you insist on continuing it, please update the order strategy pages so that the country does auto order these products so we can maintain a stock of them without continually manually ordering.

i stopped purchasing these things after i noticed that even after 3 trillions upgrade bought , My single air fighting unit would go back to level 100 fighting everytime it was re-supply attack drones , even if i buy 200 quality drones ..

so yhea good idea but it just dosent work.

Yeah? Well last 'Jozi chat' it was said that we would be able to specify quality of weapons/ammo bought on auto order so you could auto buy, say milk, at 100Q but missiles at 240Q for instance.
Whatever happened to that?
