Changing garrisons (Little Upsilon)

I've just changed a garrison set up of 30 jeeps and 2 ndb to 5 of each weapon. I then went back to look at something and for the extra weapons put in there was no ammo proposed for them. I had to re-do the set up for there to be any ammo proposed for each of the new weapons. WRONG. BAD GM. I was wondering why none of my weapons fired back just thought them boys had rude skills. Do you know how much I've lost cuz there was no bullets in my gun?

Don't get me wrong. The garrisons I was using were around 300 of each battery. Not just 5 of each. Its just that they didn't seem to fire of a shot. I'm thinking that I must have had a Tank/Art/jeeps/nmb garrison and then changed it to a battery garrison without changing the ammo needed.
I don't see why it does'nt sort the ammo out when you sort the weapons out.

It does and I'm pretty sure it always did.

Anybody else has this issue?

I have seen that sort of thing before when you switch garrisons to a weapon type that you didn't have in the garrison before. You need to go back to the garrison after saving it and then you should see an ammo slider with no ammo in it. In short it takes 2 trips to the garrison blueprint to make that kind of change.

I'm now suffering with the problem of when I airlift a division home and dismantle it, all the weapons and ammo seem to disappear. I'm sure its the 3rd time, with 3 different countries, over the past week and 1/2.

Any one have any ideas on whats going on?

I do dismantle them not long after they have finished being transported. Don't know if that's got anything to do with it. But I've been back to the first two countries that it happened in and theres no sign of the hardware.

Found the first Division. It is in a supply unit in the first country. I had checked all the supply units earlier. That's a long time since I dismantled it.
