Conquered C3 not accessible (White Giant)

I just finished taking control of a c3 and after the war, the country isnt in my list of countries. On the regional map, it lists me as president, but I have no control of the country. Im positive I clicked take control of the country and not just end war.

Anyone else ever have this problem before?

I was able to access the country by clicking into my empire while in another country of mine....I was even able to purchase weapons....change the country name. However...when I tried to declare war with the country..I get this message:

New Presidents can't extend their empire beyond 2 countries. Please become a Full Member to extend your empire.

Its almost like my account has split or something.

Wait til Monday and see if the game updates. I reached first on LU on a Friday, but didnt see the update until Monday.

Update "my personal profile". Just click "edit" and complete profile. You should be abl to use the country to declare war after that.

We will look into it tomorrow morning.
we do not think there is any problem there but will check.

also, processing is 24/7 so there is no weekend effect.

The country became available after the month refreshed. First time Ive had that happen, but all is good now.
