Garrisons weapons? (Fearless Blue)

When i retracted my garrisons, I dident get my weapons back, Or nothing. And it was LOTS of weapons, So i feel kinda pissed, Like i want to Rip my pillow apart. Does it just trash weapons when you retract garrisons or what? Tell me if this is normal or something wrong?
