Normally the salaries in a corporation can change up to 5.00% per month.
Now you can increase or decrease corporation salaries by 20%.
You don't need a booster to change the salaries by -20.00%.
Sometimes these boosters work for DE-creasing salaries, sometimes they dont.
I cant see any reason why this should be so.
This is for a state corps btw.
