Corporation Tax missing (Little Upsilon)

Country has 72M population, with 96 corporations and 1% "Corporate Tax".

Taxes paid by Corporations 0.00M SC$

Same thing for the last 14 world months (Little Upsilon).

Could be a numerical rounding down in the algorithm CP, obviously not every single dollar is shown and there is a cut off point of some millions.
At 1% tax you probally aren't reaching the round off error level.

You probably reduced the tax recently.

it results in a recomputation of taxes paid in the past year and it could be that what was paid before, is already more than the current 1%.

in that case, it remains 0 for some time, then goes to 1%.

if you increase to 10%, there will be a similar back service tax and a very large amount of taxes to compensate for the previous period of 1%.

This is correct but maybe too complex.
