If you are unsatisfied with its performance, you may nationalize it.
Risk of closure. The debt is too high.
Production last month was on target.

OK, then it transferred now, Golden Rainbow: Jan 8 2880, but for buying shares, it changed from 0,05 SC$ to this, reference:

Huh, so you do pay the $100B mark-up when nationalizing on a public corporation. Thanks.

6.25M * $16,000 = $100B

Yeah...it's having some bug/glitch issues...those enterprise shares were bought from the enterprise here, but then when "the switch" happened, it seemed to accidentally give the share to the other (old) enterprise. Of course, few, if any, know what is really going on with those shares :S.

Also, the share price change was just some "fantasy" change...it's back to 0.05 SC$ now, reference:

Golden Rainbow: Apr 24 2880
Share Price and P/E Ratio
Based on last 12 months Outstanding Shares 6.25M
P/E Ratio 443.9
Share Price 0.05 SC$
Earning per Share This Year 610.30 SC$

Dosadi Experiment 4,375,000 70.00 % 14,265.52 SC$ 218,750 SC$
OsTech Group 224,453 3.59 % 5,470,056.62 SC$ 11,223 SC$

...

Anyways, the basic idea worked..the corporation isn't "at risk of closure" any longer.

During mass ipo efforts the system gets hung up on a few corps. It stinks, took me a long time to get 3 corps to transfer from my country to my CEO once not too long ago.
