IPO not offered (Kebir Blue)

I recently did an IPO on one of my corporations, but nothing was put into the share market to sell. I got a confirmation message that it was done successfully and several share splits have been performed, but there are no shares offered on the market as of now. It's not even listed under public corporations on my main corporation page. Is this a bug? How do I get it fixed if it is?

if no one buys the shares, it will revert to being a private or state corp. even if the corp is making money, shares may not actually sell. if the PE is really high, that will happen, Auto-IF wont buy if the PE ratio is above 120. not sure if this is your case

I offered the shares again and it seemed to take. Not sure why it didnt' go the first time
