My Slave country shows this on the stocks page since a few game years:
Construction -13,454,344,470

I wonder how this country is supposed to buy that much construction and what that much construction would be used for? The country keeps auto-buying construction for ~275M per month, but I have no idea why or what this is used for? Any ideas how to fix this because it costs a lot of money without any noticable benefit.

The trick when attacking a C3 is to not hit their cities and captitals. That forces you to order construction.

Taking out forts and corps however, make it easier.

Where can I see what still needs repairs? Everything I clicked on says "is not damaged" and the country has no cost in the category "Repairing War Damage and Civil Unrest". The War Index is at 99.99 (so practically it is at 100%). The combined cost of all that required construction is -13.438.505.346 * 459 SC$ per unit = 6.168.273.953.814. This ist much more (maybe 5x) than the initial value of the country before I attacked it. Why is it that expensive and what exactly causes this?

Along the top of your map, click map customization and scroll down. Anything still damaged will show in a %

Everything on that list shows 0% damage yet the required construction still is at negative value in billions. So this is probably not the problem.

If your country has a negative balance, it needs to buy more.If slave has just recently been taken, thats where the construction has gone

I took this C3 about 10 gameyears ago (can't really remember when the war ended because it was really long ago) and there is no visible damage in the country. So I am still waiting for help with two things: Where can I see what causes this negative stock of construction? It is not damage to the cities and such because none of them are damaged. What can I do to get rid of this negative value, because it costs a lot of money with no visible benefit? Not to mention that it would take maybe 1000 gameyears to reduce this value to 0 at the current (un)availability of construction on White Giant. Thanks :-)

You might have to email GM. Occasional things like this happen but its unlikely. They will look into it if you ask politely and are precise with explaination.

I still have war hospitals with people stuck in them after real life years...

What War Level was the country? Because it's entirely feasible that you destroyed $6T worth of assets, although I wouldn't know why the rest of the stuff is happening.

The war level was 1 (I think?) This is my first C3-slave and I don't think I destroyed 6T worth of assets... I doubt that the country was even worth that much in the beginning. But even if I destroyed that much, it should be visible somewhere (i.e. in monthly war repairing cost or damaged cities, which is not the case). How do I contact a GM in Simcountry?

I have not received an answer from the Gamemasters.
Negative stock of Construction is currently showing as -13,039,540,047 in my slave country. I still have no idea why or what I can do about it.

Things to look for.
How much construction is the country buying monthly? You said $275M but that is a very small amount. Then look at the country's monthly use. Obviously you need to be buying more than you are using to make up the defecit.
Use the order strategy page to automatically order a lot of construction every month, at least twice the country monthly use. Set a target of say 5 months usage so the country will eventually keep that much on hand.
You could always order large amounts with your main country and then sell it to your slave to hasten the process.

Thats all I can think of atm, just that you're not ordering enough to cover your monthly use. All countries use construction monthly.

This slave country has ~10M population and 15 corporations. Monthly construction usage is 2,793,387. The high negative value already existed when I took over this C3. It is the only value being so out of order - everything else is perfectly normal for a country of this size. Considering how much construction costs on the world market, it is way too expensive to reduce this negative value to 0 by buying all of it. Since I see no reason why there is such a high negative value, I don't really want to spend money for it.
The country currently auto-ordered 15,297,952 units of construction.

Doing the math here I really dont think its that outrageous, sorry, but thats what it costs. I know 6T approx seems like a lot, but thats what you've inherited, part of the costs of war too. 2.7M/month is not a lot, I easily triple that and 7.5B/month country ordering of construction to catch up isnt way out either.
I'm just going by my expenses here and also not WG price of construction, I guess its not far off of $500 a unit though. If I'm miles wrong, sorry, perhaps someone else can refute/confirm.

If you can get in the game chat then I can sort something out for you, or message 'central scrutinizer' on LU.

Current stock:

-11,002,863,303 Construction
Value of all Materials -72.42B SC$ (which is not quite accurate, unless all the other materials balance out the high negative value)
Current debt of the country 4.04T SC$

Materials Purchased -656,742.41M SC$ (last year)
Materials sold or used by Government 131,573.37M SC$ (last year)

This country is turning out to be a constant burden on my empire's financial index and I am having trouble getting to level 4 because of the massive debt this country has accumulated without anything to show for it. I began transfering cash from my leader country to this slave to reduce the huge debt, yet I still don't know why it has such high negative value of construction and unfortunately I did not receive an answer from anyone of the SC staff. If there is no way to fix this, I will have to ask for security council help to get financial aid for this mess.

Everything worked out perfectly. No more debt and now I can buy enough construction to get rid of the negative stock. Thanks a lot :)
