Space center build time? (White Giant)

What is the exact build time for a space center. I've ordered one on my new LU country about 4 game months ago, and it hasn't set up yet.

Build time? I think it's built whenever the product is delivered . . . that can take anywhere between 1 and maybe 12(?) game months. The market is different now so it could take a while longer than it used to, but I used to get products reliably after 6 months.

Yeah, but it's already in my product stock. It just hasn't set up yet

And I have a lot of offensive missile ammo on my shuttles, ready to fly off.

It's been about 12 game months now, still nothing.
