Ok, seriously, it's been a week since I purchased a space center for my City State of Muscovy in LU, and it hasn't been built.
And this is a real week, so 7 full days. Can someone please find out what is going on, this is quite frustrating, how can space be the answer to everything when I can't even connect my empires? |

CP, I already have one in stock, it just doesn't build. So I have a space center, but I don't have a space center that I can dock my shuttles to.
It's like the builders refuse to install it or something, bad service  |
