Intereting (Fearless Blue)

I find that most corps list having one unit in stock without actually having it. Try selling and it's not there. I suspect there is a recent change that lists % of items produced by corps that do not make even one item per round like nuke missle corps, hospitals, etc.
Is this correct?

Yeah, I saw my Cargo Shuttle corp with .59 shuttles not too long ago.
