CEO cannot bid on "own" country corporations (Golden Rainbow)

Yet another CEO/enterprise problem.

For a long time it has been possible to bid from an "own" enterprise to an "own" country. Now, that feature is totally dis-abled and not functioning.

When entering a country as "CEO" it seems to not recognize who is the "active" leader, and gets confused between the same account as "President" or "CEO".

This has been a --very confusing and cumbersome interface-- for a very long time. When "programmers" state that they "have been with the site from the beginning" then they should also take responsibility for the many long-standing and neglected issues which have remained for just as long.

About the server seming to get mixed up on which country or enterprise you are actually in. The problem seems to be getting worse. When dealing with country corps, I try to selll them supplies, and first get a list of one of my ceo corps. Then try to sell, and it will say " you don't own ...
then it will list the correct corporation list.
This happens several times per country. It is getting irritating!
