Setting up Off. war units broken. (Golden Rainbow)

I show no slider bars when I am on stage 2 of setting up military units. I have no way of changing the numbers of required untis/ammo/etc..

Aye, this a bug that came this morning after a update. Me and Keto has this problem aswell :/

hmm well I am a brand new player...just been around for a few days. I paid for a full membership and am trying to take my first C3. Needless to say I am a little <---(reads: alot!)disappointed right now.
