From one day to another, I noticed one of my countries suddenly contracted a debt of 8T and a hole of 10T. I went to see why and I saw this
Amazing. What brings this? An even more amazing remaining shortage of 51 087 168 478 units of construction. At 739$ per unit, I still have to spend 37 753 417 505 242$ to fill the whole.
Why?
No war. No rebels. No earthquakes. Even if those were the case, can anyone see a damage of 65T? No.
It is also interesting to see my country isn't issuing further orders to buy construction units.
