Corp Building/Buying (Kebir Blue)

I just started my own Enterprise and wanted to build and buy corps in my country. After I requested building one, which is accepted, I wanted to build another one, it says I cant as I ordered one to be built allready. Now I wanted to place a bid on state corps and it says I allready am building 3 corps there and cant place a bid on another one???
I am building one in that country and building one in another one, not even 3 in total and it says I am building 3 in one???

you can only build one company in a single country buy you can build else where
enterprises can expand very fast being they can build anywhere
you can order up to 10

You can build or buy up to 6 corps total in any one country, you just have to do it one at a time per country. You can start 10 corps at a time in 10 countries, but unless you buy a booster, they will be built at the rate of 1 per month.
