Well the GM keeps saying that they have fixxed the population shrinkage issue, yet every country I have over 60M is loosing about 10K per month, with over a 150 Health...

I've noticed this in several of my countries none of which are anywhere near 100 million. Almost any country I see over 100 million has a natural growth rate higher on the chart graphs..
