There is problems going with high level workers. It always seems going to nearly zero each game month and there not rising in numbers like the other two workers below are.

There must be some sort of glitch or bug going on here, since it's not giving anyy high level workers increase.

And that's even after I have transfered like 5,000 or more to keep afloat and then next month, it's gone for no reason. This has been going for quite sometime now and you can check my performance status.

What's going on?

Thanks, Anthony.

Fuck you all. This game is so retarded. No offence to people with down syndrome or any other kind issues. But this game has gone too far in terms of responses. And don't you think I'm looking for ATTENTION, I'm not. Just the answers. I do really enjoy the game.

Never mind. It does go up and down as usual. I agree that sometimes I am such a jerk. Amen to that. Bye.

Any way. To be honest with you, I do not like trolling and I do not like calling other people troll. I think that is insult.

The easiest way to deal with the HLW problem is to train a lot of surplus LLM, then change them to HLW. You can change up to 100,000/game month.

Not much choice is there. I have set LLM at 11, MLM at 11 and HLM at 16 priority settings. There I have transfered like 25,000 odd people to HLW for the new coporation. Looks like it's the only way. I guess others are doing the same thing.

Thanks Maclean, problem solved.

Every month the game will train up about 30K HLW if you have LLW and MLW so dont worry about them. If you build a corp then HLW is the one catatgory you dont have to worry about being short of, the only one, one and only mind. You only really need transfer to HLW if you're building lots of stuff at once as well as corps and will need like over 100K of them.

CEOs need to understand this too. When checking out a potential country to build in dont be put off by HLW shortages.

Thanks, Crafty; I didn't know it worked that way with HLW. I have been doing as I described above, and it works, but may be unnecessary then.
