A/F and possibly gasoline. (Little Upsilon)

Is anyone else seeing their country not ordering A/F when stocks go to 0, even when the trade quality page says to order X amount every month up to a limit, and that amount is well over the monthly use??? I think this is also happening with gasoline, cant be sure because stock isnt down to 0 but it should still order more.
All other products seem to work fine.
Do these orders get cancelled if not filled quickly because there is quite a shortage?

@GM. Check federal express, federal reserve, federal bank on LU to name a few if you need somewhere to check.

Is this corporation issue or the country order issue?
