The game is auto buying materials, and auto supplying the forts i have built. Great. Except, it is spending my entire monthly allowance, mostly supplying a fort that is undefended. I have tried to change the purchase priorities but that does not seem to work. Any hints out there?

How have you worked out it is supplying a fort that is undefended? It cant do that. I think you've missed something, the only thing that gets supplied to a fort is ammo and military supplies. It would take a lot of that to use up your monthly allowance unless you're very much in debt or spending on other military bits and pieces.
