Blackmail (White Giant)

I guess this is the place to ask this question(not a technical one). I'm a CEO of a enterprise and the President of a country one of my smaller companies is(soon to be was) in told me to move my company unless I paid him gold coins or in-game money. Is this kosher in the game rules?

I'm pretty sure extortion is not allowed here. I've heard Laguna state that many, many times as moderator.

The only way your corp can be touched is through "hostile takeover" which would still amount to you getting payed for giving away corp control.

I did tell the guy to stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

update: someone also involved with that country(sounded like a diff person) "apologized" for a "misunderstanding" and offered 100 billion as an apology. I told him to shove it also and move the corp.
