INTERNAL ERROR: The requested corporation does not exist anymore (Fearless Blue)

I keep getting this error regardless of what world or what I click, and I am not clicking on corporations.
For example, General tab above, military tab, offensive forces=inspect troops, etc.

we have also experienced this error message too, it does seem random and appears intermitantly depending on what page you want to view at the time

also we keep getting a unknown script warning pop-up box error every now and again that shuts down our browser on internet explorer
