C3 Cash Levels (Fearless Blue)

Usually when I take a C3 at war level 3 there is 4T SC in the country but today there was only 3T. Was this supposed to happen?

How long was it after you declared until you took it? I've noticed that if you don't take it straight away it looses cash very quick. If straight away I hope they are not reducing the cash in C3's.

I took the C3 about an hour after I declared war on it, the month hadn't even changed.

I took another C3, it also only had 3T. I guess the GMs are reducing cash levels.

I just registered a country that had less than 1 trillion to start. Not a problem for me but a newbie. That is rather harsh. But you all do get your gifts... so...?

Observed Cash in C3s by War Level:
1: $1T
2: $2T
3: $3T
4: $4T
5: $6T
6: $8T

The amounts are changing because the exchange rate is changing.

we will probably change it into gold coins to avoid the repeated updating.

3T now is worth more than 6T several months ago as pricing of everything, including gold coins went down.
